How we handle
your information.
Parca LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information and related data in accordance with this policy. Section 6 sets out, separately and in detail, how we handle data in our Instagram account management support service.
This English version is provided for reference. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Information We Collect
We collect the following information.
(1) Information provided through inquiries and applications
- Name, company name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your inquiry
(2) Information collected automatically when you use our website
- IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time of access, and identifiers such as cookies
(3) Information collected in our Instagram account management support service
- As set out in Section 6.
Purposes of Use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
- To respond to inquiries and to contact you
- To provide, operate and improve our services
- To report results and make proposals under a service agreement
- To send information about our services (only where you have consented)
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose collected information to third parties, except in the following cases.
- Where you have given your consent
- Where required by law
- Where necessary to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain your consent
We never sell, rent, or provide collected information to third parties for advertising purposes.
External Services We Use
We use the following external services to provide our services. We allow these providers to handle information only to the extent necessary, and we supervise them appropriately.

Data Handling in Our Instagram Account Management Support Service
In our Instagram account management support service (the "Service"), we use the Instagram Platform API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The following describes how we handle the information of customers who use the Service (each, an "Account Owner").
6-1. Information we obtain
We obtain the following, strictly within the scope that the Account Owner has explicitly authorized on Instagram's authorization screen.
- Basic account information: username, account type (Business or Creator), profile picture URL, biography, follower count, following count, and media count
- Media information: caption text, media type, timestamp, permalink, and media URL
- Insights: account-level reach, profile views and follower trends; and media-level reach, views, saves, likes and comments
- Audience demographics: aggregated statistics only for city, country, gender and age range (we do not obtain information that identifies any individual follower)
6-2. What we do not obtain
We do not obtain any of the following.
- Instagram passwords
- The content of direct messages (DMs)
- Information that identifies individual followers
- Personal information of any user other than the Account Owner
6-3. Purposes of use
We use this information solely to provide the Service to that Account Owner.
- To produce monthly and weekly performance reports
- To make recommendations for improving posts
- To analyze the tone of voice of past posts and draft caption suggestions
Instagram only makes account-level daily insights available for the last 30 days. In order to show month-over-month and year-over-year trends, we retrieve and store a snapshot once per day.
6-4. Storage location and retention period
- Storage: servers managed by us and Cloudflare infrastructure
- Access: limited to our authorized personnel, with restricted access paths
- Retention: deleted within 90 days after the service agreement ends. If an Account Owner requests deletion, we delete the data within 7 days of receiving the request
6-5. Access tokens
Access tokens used to connect to Instagram are kept in a protected location and are not accessible to anyone other than our authorized personnel.
6-6. Disconnecting and deleting your data
An Account Owner may disconnect the integration and request deletion of their data at any time, by either of the following methods.
- From Instagram: Instagram app → "Settings" → "Website permissions" → remove our app
- By requesting deletion from us: use the Instagram Data Deletion Request page, or email info@designparca.jp with the subject line "Instagram data deletion request"
We delete all stored data and the access token within 7 days of receiving the request, and confirm completion to you.
6-7. Compliance with Meta policies
In using the Instagram Platform API, we comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not use the data we obtain for any purpose not permitted by Meta, and we do not sell or transfer it to any third party.
Other Matters
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to understand usage and improve our services. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then become unavailable.
Security measures
We implement measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information we hold, including limiting access rights, encrypting communications, and storing credentials separately.
Requests for disclosure, correction or suspension of use
Requests from individuals for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their retained personal data are accepted at the contact point below. We verify the identity of the requester and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in line with changes in law or in our services. If we make a material change, we will announce it on our website.
