Instagram data
deletion request.
If you have used Design Parca's Instagram account management support service, you may request deletion of the Instagram-related data we store at any time. We delete everything within 7 days of your request and confirm completion to you.

What Will Be Deleted
- Basic account information (username, follower count, etc.)
- Media information (captions, timestamps, etc.)
- Insights (reach, saves, aggregated audience demographics)
- Daily snapshots
- Tone-of-voice analysis data
- Access token

How to Submit a Request
Email us at the address below with the subject line "Instagram data deletion request", including the following two items.
- The Instagram username concerned (e.g. @parca.jp)
- Your contact email address

Please Note
- This request deletes the data stored on our side. It has no effect whatsoever on your posts or your account on Instagram.
- To also revoke the connection on Instagram's side, open the Instagram app and go to "Settings" → "Website permissions", then remove our app.
- After deletion, we can no longer reproduce past reports, because Instagram only makes account-level daily insights available for the last 30 days.
